Brad recently retired after a 25-year career as a Special Agent with the United States Secret Service, seventeen years as a polygraph examiner. His final assignment was as an instructor at the National Center for Credibility Assessment where he taught pre-test, post-test, LEPET, and Internet Crimes Against Children. Over the course of his career, Brad conducted more criminal polygraph examinations than any other Special Agent in Secret Service history. He has secured hundreds of confessions in high-profile investigations during his field assignments in Chicago, St. Louis, and South Carolina.
Brad has delivered presentations across the United States and internationally to agencies seeking to enhance their ability to detect deception, improve interviewing techniques, and elicit truthful disclosures. He holds a master's degree in criminology and was honored as the U.S. Secret Service Special Agent of the Year for his outstanding contributions to combating crimes against children. Brad is currently a Special Agent with the Army Criminal Investigative Division where he teaches investigative interview techniques at the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center. Brad has also recently authored the book, Tell Me Everything: A Secret Service Agent's Proven Strategies for Earning Trust, Revealing the Truth, and Communicating with Anyone.

Since graduating from The National Polygraph Academy in 2016, she has conducted private exams for the public, pre-employment exams for law enforcement agencies, and post-conviction sex offender testing for Probation Office
Kathryn “Kat” Manning owns Polygraph Professional Services LLC, a private sector polygraph company in Columbia, MD. Since graduating from The National Polygraph Academy in 2016, she has conducted private exams for the public, pre-employment exams for law enforcement agencies, and post-conviction sex offender testing for Probation Officers & Therapists. Since 2021, Kathryn has been a Senior Instructor at the National Polygraph Academy, teaching the Basic Psychology Course and the Psychology of Sex Offender Testing. Kathryn graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology & Russian with a minor concentration in Arabic, and a Master of Science in General Psychology. She is currently pursuing her PhD in Forensic Psychology with an emphasis on Interview & Interrogation.
