Annual Membership: $30.00, due on March 1.
Membership Application Fee: $35.00

Note

Annual State License Fee is: $200.00. This is the annual State License Fee and is in addition to the $150.00 fee required for processing an application and subsequent written and oral exam administered by the State Board.
